Wireshark 中的 RSL dissector（位于 epan/dissectors/packet-rsl.c）中，dissct_rsl_ipaccess_msg 函数在版本 1.12.x（低于 1.12.10）和 2.0.x（低于 2.0.2）中存在缺陷。该函数未能正确处理无法识别的 TLV 类型情况，导致远程攻击者可通过构造恶意数据包引发拒绝服务（越界读取及应用程序崩溃）。此漏洞与 CVE-2016-2531 不同。
