在 openstack-neutron 7.2.0-12.1 之前、8.x 8.3.0-11.1 之前、9.x 9.3.1-2.1 之前以及 10.x 10.0.2-1.1 之前版本中发现了一个竞态条件（Race Condition）漏洞。在经历一次轻微的 overcloud 更新后，neutron 安全组会被禁用。具体而言，以下参数被重置为 0：net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-ip6tables 和 net.bridge.bridge-nf-call-iptables。该竞态条件仅由更新触发，此时攻击者可以访问暴露的租户虚拟机（VM）和网络资源。
