GrandNode 4.40 中 LetsEncryptController 类的 Controllers/LetsEncryptController.cs 存在路径遍历（Path Traversal）漏洞，远程未认证攻击者可通过精心构造的 `LetsEncrypt/Index?fileName=` HTTP 请求检索 Web 服务器上的任意文件。该问题已于 2019-05-30 在 GrandNode 4.40 中通过补丁修复。
