net: hns: 修复 hnae_ae_register() 中可能的内存泄漏问题

在探测模块时注入故障,如果 device_register() 失败,但 kobject 引用计数未减少到 0,则在 dev_set_name() 中分配的名称将会发生泄漏。通过调用 put_device() 来修复此问题,以便名称可以在回调函数 kobject_cleanup() 中被释放。
