mport 是 MidnightBSD 的软件包管理器。在版本 2.7.8 之前，libmport/fetch.c 中的 mport_fetch_index()、mport_fetch_bootstrap_index() 和 mport_fetch_bundle() 路径接受非 HTTPS 的仓库和软件包镜像 URL，而未进行 url_is_https() 强制检查。当配置了或从镜像数据中返回了明文（cleartext）URL 时，处于网络位置的攻击者可以篡改软件包索引或软件包下载流量，从而破坏软件包选择过程或完整性。此问题已在版本 2.7.8 中得到修复。
