Tesseract 是一个开源的 OCR（光学字符识别）引擎。在版本 5.5.3 之前，通过 TessBaseAPI::Init 加载的特制 .traineddata 模型会导致 src/dict/dawg.cpp 中的 SquishedDawg::read_squished_dawg 接受未终止的前向边运行序列（unterminated forward-edge run），随后 SquishedDawg::Load 调用 num_forward_edges(0)，而 src/dict/dawg.h 中的 last_edge 会在 edges_ 之外进行读取，从而导致堆越界读（heap out-of-bounds read）和进程崩溃，且该崩溃发生在图像处理之前。此问题已在版本 5.5.3 中修复。
