UDF 符号链接路径组件头部的越界读取（OOB read）

`udf_symlink_filler()` 可能在部分 `pathComponent` 头的情况下进入 `udf_pc_to_char()`。

应在访问之前验证是否有足够的输入数据以构成完整的 `pathComponent` 头部。拒绝格式错误的符号链接数据，否则这些数据会导致 `udf_pc_to_char()` 执行越界读取（out-of-bounds read）。
