net: dsa: mt7530: 修复 MT7531 和 MT7621 解绑时的空指针解引用问题
核心电源（core）和 IO 电源仅在 ID_MT7530 时才会被请求：probe 中的 devm_regulator_get() 以及 mt7530_setup() 中的 regulator_enable() 均由 switch id 进行保护，但 mt7530_remove() 无条件地禁用它们。对于 MT7621 或 MT7531，来自 devm_kzalloc() 的两个指针仍为 NULL，因此 rmmod 或 sysfs unbind 调用会对 NULL 执行 regulator_disable()。
