elfutils 0.170 has a buffer over-read in the ebl_dynamic_tag_name function of libebl/ebldynamictagname.c because SYMTAB_SHNDX is unsupported.
The bug was discovered 03/16/2018. The weakness was published 03/18/2018 as Bug 22976 as not defined bug report (Bugzilla). It is possible to read the advisory at sourceware.org.
