In epan/dissectors/packet-pktc.c del dissector PKTC in Wireshark 1.12.x prima della versione 1.12.11 e nelle versioni 2.0.x precedenti alla 2.0.3 non vengono verificati gli identificatori BER, consentendo ad attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (scrittura fuori dai limiti dell'array e crash dell'applicazione) tramite un pacchetto appositamente creato.
