Die Methode ctl_getitem in ntpd in ntp-4.2.8p6 vor 4.2.8p11 ermöglicht es Remoteangreifern, einen Denial of Service (Out-of-Bounds Read) durch ein manipulierte Mode-6-Paket mit einer ntpd-Instanz von 4.2.8p6 bis 4.2.8p10 zu verursachen.
