In lsquic prima della versione 4.9.0 può verificarsi un consumo eccessivo di memoria nell'implementazione HTTP/3 poiché il numero di set di intestazioni in buffer non è limitato, come dimostrato da un attacco QPACK amplification. Questo problema riguarda header_out_dynamic_entry e es_max_header_list_size.
