daphne prima della versione 4.2.2 ha passato maxFramePayloadSize o maxMessagePayloadSize a Autobahn's WebSocketServerFactory. Poiché Autobahn predefinisce entrambi i valori a 0 (illimitati), un attaccante remoto non autenticato potrebbe inviare messaggi o frame WebSocket di dimensioni arbitrariamente grandi, causando un consumo eccessivo di memoria e un denial of service.
