Submit #744063: IP-COM W30APv4.0 <= v1.0.0.11(1340) Stack-based Buffer Overflowinfo

TitelIP-COM W30APv4.0 <= v1.0.0.11(1340) Stack-based Buffer Overflow
BeschreibungAn unauthenticated buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the `formWx3AuthorizeSet` function in any firmware of IP-COM W30AP <= v1.0.0.11(1340).In the handler function corresponding to /goform/wx3auth, the function accepts the data and extend parameters from a POST request via websGetVar. Subsequently, when the extend parameter is set to “pc”, and the data parameter (which is user-controllable) contains “http://”, the program directly uses `strcpy` to copy the user input into a fixed-size stack buffer without performing any length validation, resulting in a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability.
