TítuloSourceCodester Drug Recommendation System 1.0 SQL Injection
DescripciónA SQL injection vulnerability exists in SourceCodester Drug Recommendation System 1.0 in Admin/edit_symptom.php. The GET parameter `id` is directly concatenated into the SQL query `SELECT * FROM symptoms where id='$id'` without sanitization or parameter binding. Authentication is required but no role check is enforced. Proof of Concept (authenticated): GET /Admin/edit_symptom.php?id=1' UNION SELECT 1,version()-- - Cookie: PHPSESSID=<valid> Error-based: GET /Admin/edit_symptom.php?id=1' AND extractvalue(1,concat(0x7e,(SELECT user())))-- - Impact: An authenticated attacker can extract the entire database and execute arbitrary SQL commands. CWE-89, CVSS v3.1 8.8 (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H).
