Le dissecteur SMB dans Ethereal 0.9.3 et versions antérieures permet aux attaquants distants de provoquer un déni de service (plantage) ou d'exécuter du code arbitraire via des palettes malformées qui amènent Ethereal à dereferencer un pointeur NULL.
