La fonction bgp_capability_orf dans bgpd de Quagga 0.99.20.1 et versions antérieures permet aux attaquants distants de provoquer une déni de service (échec d'une assertion et arrêt du démon) en exploitant une relation de peering BGP et en envoyant un TLV de capacité Outbound Route Filtering (ORF) malformé dans un message OPEN.
