La fonctionnalité d'authentification dans EMC RSA Authentication Agent 7.1 et RSA Authentication Client 3.5 sur Windows XP et Windows Server 2003, lorsqu'une configuration non spécifiée est présente, permet aux utilisateurs authentifiés à distance de contourner une étape d'authentification par jeton prévue et d'établir une session de connexion à un hôte distant, en exploitant les identifiants Windows de cet hôte.
