| Description | A NULL char* pointer is passed to the second argument (src) of strlcpy, resulting in a segmentation fault (SEGV). This leads to a crash of the dcmqrscp service process and constitutes a potential Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability. Based on the DCMTK-3.6.9 codebase, this specific code pattern appears in dcmtk/dcmqrdb/libsrc/dcmqrdbi.cc at the line 1385. This vulnerability has been verified by the developer.
