Soumettre #714634: OFFIS DCMTK 3.6.9 Denial of Service

DCMTK 3.6.9 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the dcmqrscp service. The issue occurs in dcmtk/dcmqrdb/libsrc/dcmqrdbi.cc at line 2070, where a NULL char* is passed as the second argument to strlcpy. This results in a segmentation fault, leading to a denial of service (DoS) of the application.
