| Description | In `libvips/foreign/csvload.c`, function `vips_foreign_load_csv_build()`, bytes from CLI options (`--whitespace` / `--separator`) are used as array indexes (`csv->whitemap[(int)*p]`, `csv->sepmap[(int)*p]`). On platforms with signed `char`, non-ASCII UTF-8 bytes become negative indexes, writing before 256-byte maps and corrupting adjacent memory. The bug is reachable from `vips csvload` and reproducible with ASAN as `heap-buffer-overflow`. |
