| Description | During the security review of "Hospital's Patient Records Management System", I discovered a critical XSS vulnerability in the "/admin/?page=patients/view_patient" file. This vulnerability stems from insufficient user input validation and output encoding of the 'remarks' parameter, allowing attackers to inject malicious script code.
