| Description | A broken access control vulnerability exists in `Bank Locker Management System 1.0` affecting all Sub-Admin management endpoints under `/blms/banker/`. The application relies exclusively on a client-side check in `sidebar.php` to hide Admin-only menu links, but performs no server-side `UserType` verification. A Sub-Admin (`UserType=0`) can directly access any Admin-exclusive (`UserType=1`) page by URL, enabling creation of Sub-Admin accounts, modification of banker accounts, password resets, and critically — deletion of the primary Admin account (`ID=1`). |
