| Description | The unauthenticated user registration endpoint `signup.php` concatenates raw attacker input into SQL statements. The `email` parameter is embedded in the pre-check query at `signup.php:15` (`select * from login where email='$email'`), and `name`/`email`/`gender` are embedded in the `INSERT` at `signup.php:24`, with no prepared statements or escaping. The two code paths produce distinguishable responses, so an attacker can extract arbitrary database content (for example the admin password hash) with boolean-based blind injection. Because the connection runs as the MySQL `root` superuser with an empty password (see CVE-17), the injection provides full read/write control over every database on the server. |
