Un heap-based buffer overflow nel modulo ISS Protocol Analysis Module (PAM), utilizzato in determinate versioni di RealSecure Network 7.0 e Server Sensor 7.0, Proventia A, G e M Series, RealSecure Desktop 7.0 e 3.6, RealSecure Guard 3.6, RealSecure Sentry 3.6, BlackICE PC Protection 3.6 e BlackICE Server Protection 3.6, consente agli attaccanti remoti di eseguire codice arbitrario tramite un pacchetto SMB contenente una richiesta di autenticazione con un nome utente lungo.
