Microsoft Excel 2000 SP3, 2002 SP3, 2003 SP2, 2003 Viewer e Office Excel 2007 non convalidano correttamente le informazioni di versione, consentendo ad attaccanti remoti che richiedono l'intervento dell'utente (user-assisted) di eseguire codice arbitrario tramite un file Excel manipolato ad hoc, nota come "Calculation Error Vulnerability".
