Un heap-based buffer overflow in un determinato controllo ActiveX presente in fwRemoteCfg.dll versione 3.3.3.1 di Friendly Technologies FriendlyPPPoE Client 3.0.0.57 consente agli attaccanti remoti di eseguire codice arbitrario tramite un terzo argomento lungo passato al metodo CreateURLShortcut.
