Cisco TelePresence TC Software versioni 4.x e 5.x precedenti alla 5.1.7, nonché le versioni 6.x precedenti alla 6.0.1, e Cisco TE Software versioni 4.x e 6.0 consentono agli utenti remoti autenticati di eseguire comandi arbitrari utilizzando i comandi come argomenti per gli script tshell (noto anche come tcsh), cfr. ID bug CSCue60202.
