Il plugin WordPress Greenshift precedente alla versione 13.2.0 non convalida un URL fornito dall'utente prima di recuperarlo lato server, consentendo agli utenti con accesso a livello contributor e superiore di indurre il server ad emettere richieste verso host arbitrari e leggere la risposta.
