È stata rilevata una vulnerabilità nel modo in cui Samba implementa l'autenticazione SMB1. Un attaccante potrebbe sfruttare questa falla per recuperare la password in chiaro inviata sulla rete, anche se era richiesta l'autenticazione Kerberos.
