Countermeasures

Vulnerability entries contain one or more countermeasures if such are available. Possible values are:

  • Upgrade (version, url)
  • Patch (name, url)
  • Authentication (name)
  • Encryption (name)
  • Firewall (port)
  • Config (setting)
  • Workaround (name, url)
  • Alternative (name)
  • Disable
If there is no countermeasure know nor available, the entry might contain such a statement.

Countermeasures listed might also contain a reliability value, which indicates how solid the countermeasure is. The reliability is shown as 0-100% values.
