On Linux (the official Docker image), \ is not a path separator, so a ..\..\ sequence survives Clean and later escapes the documents root once backslashes are converted to / and the path is joined. An editor can read or write a document.md file in any directory the process can access, crossing the filesystem boundary and the documents/ sandbox. Default configuration is affected. |
