| Title | Yealink SIP-T40G sipd 76.84.0.125 and below OS Command Injection |
|---|
| Description | The SIP-T40G is a VOIP phone from Yealink. Within the SIP-T40G web interface, there exists a built-in ping utility. This utility uses client-side JavaScript to sanitize input to perform the system’s ping command. Unfortunately, server-side filtering is not used, meaning an attacker can inject arbitrary text that will be run as a command by Root user. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker must be logged in in the web interface as any user.
