Submit #579830: SourceCodester Apartment Visitor Management System in PHP and MySQL Free Source Code V1.0 SQL Injection

During the security review of "Apartment Visitor Management System in PHP and MySQL Free Source Code", Angel discovered a critical SQL injection vulnerability in the "/profile.php" file. This vulnerability stems from insufficient user input validation of the 'mobilenumber' parameter, allowing attackers to inject malicious SQL queries. A SQL injection vulnerability was found in the '/profile.php' file of the 'Apartment Visitor Management System in PHP and MySQL Free Source Code' project.
