Submit #639030: UTT 进取 750W <=v5v3.2.2-191225 Buffer Overflow

The UTT Jinqi 750W router has a serious overflow vulnerability. An attacker can control the parameter except through the route/goform/formPictureUrl, which will cause a buffer overflow. Specifically, it can be achieved through "strcpy((char *)(InstPointByIndex_1 + 246), Var);" to cause a denial of service attack.
