| Title | D-Link DIR-820LW B2.03 OS Command Injection |
|---|
| Description | A critical command injection vulnerability exists in the ssdpcgi_main function of the D-Link DIR-820LW B2.03 router, which handles SSDP (Simple Service Discovery Protocol) M-SEARCH requests. The program retrieves the value of the HTTP_ST (Search Target) field from environment variables and directly concatenates it into a shell command string without any sanitization or escaping. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can execute arbitrary system commands with root privileges by sending a specially crafted SSDP packet. |
