| Description | A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the DIR-816 router running firmware version 1.10CNB05.The vulnerability occurs in the /goform/addRouting endpoint when processing the dest parameter.An attacker can send a specially crafted HTTP request containing an overly long dest value, which causes a buffer overflow in the router firmware and may result in:Remote Code Execution (RCE) , Denial of Service (DoS). The vulnerability can be exploited remotely through the web management interface. |
