| Title | GitHub Dify 1.14.2 Injection |
|---|
| Description | Dify's Jinja2 code executor uses the unrestricted jinja2.Template() constructor instead of jinja2.SandboxedEnvironment(). This allows attackers to escape the template sandbox and achieve arbitrary code execution by abusing Python's object introspection capabilities (__class__, __mro__, __subclasses__, etc.).
The same codebase correctly uses SandboxedEnvironment in other places (e.g. email rendering), indicating this is an inconsistency in security controls rather than a lack of awareness. |
