| Title | trippo / Alberto Peripolli ResponsiveFilemanager 9.14.0 Missing Authorization |
|---|
| Description | An unauthenticated public HTML/JS file creation vulnerability exists in ResponsiveFilemanager 9.14.0. In the default configuration, USE_ACCESS_KEYS is set to false, text file creation is enabled, and editable text file extensions include html, htm, and js. An unauthenticated attacker can first access /filemanager/dialog.php to initialize a usable file manager session, then use the same anonymous session to call /filemanager/execute.php?action=create_file and create a public HTML or JavaScript file under /source/. The created file is publicly accessible from the target origin. This can lead to stored XSS, trusted-origin content injection, phishing page hosting, SEO spam, or other abuse of the affected site's origin. No login or authorization is required in the default configuration. |
