| Description | A command injection vulnerability has been identified in 0-Gaurav-0 nexus-mcp at commit aed0026e7ac1f23dc940e46e9fd3a2da6904f914. The nexus_reauth MCP tool accepts a user-controlled url argument and embeds it directly into a platform-specific shell command before executing it through child_process.exec. An attacker with access to the MCP interface can escape the quoted URL and execute arbitrary operating-system commands with the privileges of the nexus-mcp process, potentially resulting in data disclosure, modification, or complete system compromise. No fixed version is available at the time of reporting. |
