| Title | phpIPAM 1.7.4/1.8.0/1.8.1/1.8.2/1.8.3 Cross Site Scripting |
|---|
| Description | With phpIPAM 1.7.4 to 1.8.3 on PHP 7.x, REQUEST_URI in upgrade/index.php is rendered directly into the HTML response and browser execution contexts without proper sanitization, validation, or output encoding. An attacker can construct a crafted link containing JavaScript code. When a targeted user visits the link, the scripts execute within their active browser session context. This permits an attacker to perform Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), potentially leading to session hijacking, sensitive data exposure, or unauthorized actions performed on behalf of the victim. |
