| Mô tả | BBEdit 15.5.5 contains an infinite loop vulnerability in the Lasso language tokenizer. A specially crafted Lasso source file can cause the tokenizer to enter a non-terminating loop, resulting in excessive CPU consumption and an unresponsive BBEdit process. Successful exploitation causes a denial-of-service condition when the malicious file is opened or processed. The issue is classified as CWE-835 and was fixed in BBEdit 16.0. |
