Upfront Payment

All purchases require an upfront payment. As soon as we receive the full amount of a payment we will make licenses, access, and data available.

Open Communication

The requirement for payments in advance is communicated openly at every stage of a purchase. Emails, quotes, contracts, terms, and invoices mention this very clearly.

Technical Requirement

Compliancy requirements and technical measures make prepayments a hard requirement which does not allow any exceptions. All deliveries must be associated with a successful payment. If such a payment is not available, it is not possible for us to provide the deliveries. Therefore, this aspect of a purchase is not negotiable.
