Mahara 16.10 vor 16.10.7, 17.04 vor 17.04.5 und 17.10 vor 17.10.2 sind anfällig dafür, durch einen Man-in-the-Middle-Angriff dazu gezwungen zu werden, mit Mahara über das HTTP-Protokoll statt über HTTPS zu interagieren, auch wenn ein SSL-Zertifikat vorhanden ist.
