| Title | leomoon-studios wiki-go <= 1.9.1 Server-Side Request Forgery |
|---|
| Description | The /api/links/fetch-metadata endpoint, reachable by any user with the editor role, fetches an arbitrary attacker-supplied URL server-side and returns the fetched page's HTML <title> and meta description. The URL is only validated for the http/https scheme; there is no host allow-list, no blocking of private/loopback/link-local/metadata addresses, and redirects are followed. A low-privileged editor can therefore make the server issue GET requests to internal network hosts (loopback, RFC1918, cloud metadata x.x.x.x), yielding an internal-service reachability oracle and reflected page titles. This affects the default configuration — the endpoint requires only the editor role, no non-default setting. |
