| Title | Tenda i3 V1.0.0.7(3856) Buffer Overflow |
|---|
| Description | A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in Tenda i3 V1.0.0.7(3856) in formSetAutoPing at the /goform/setAutoPing endpoint. The POST parameter ping2 is copied into a stack-based buffer without proper bounds checks. Supplying an oversized ping2 value causes stack corruption and can terminate the router's web management process. Because the overflow occurs on the stack in a privileged network service, the issue may be exploitable for code execution. The vulnerability can be reproduced by sending a crafted POST request with linkEn=1 and a long ping2 payload. |
