| Title | DrayTek Vigor2960 Vigor2960 1.5.1.6 (revision 8218) Authenticated ruequest_certificate Command Injection |
|---|
| Description | ruequest_certificate inserts the user-controlled option value directly into a single-quoted shell argument for /sbin/ipsec_new_cer. An attacker can terminate the quoted context and append commands. The current PoC confirms an interactive reverse shell on the real device.
Affected interface: POST /cgi-bin/mainfunction.cgi with action=ruequest_certificate
Attacker-controlled parameter: option
Confirmed impact: an authenticated attacker can execute arbitrary shell commands and obtain a reverse shell.
