The bug was discovered 06/13/2017. The weakness was shared 06/13/2017 by Mateusz Jurczyk with Google Project Zero as KB4022715 as confirmed security update guide (Website). The advisory is shared for download at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2017-0289 since 09/09/2016. The attack needs to be approached locally.
