This CVE ID is unique from CVE-2017-8577, CVE-2017-8580, CVE-2017-8581, and CVE-2017-8467.

The bug was discovered 07/11/2017. The weakness was presented 07/11/2017 with Tencent as KB4025336 as confirmed security update guide (Website). The advisory is available at portal.msrc.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2017-8578 since 05/03/2017. The exploitation appears to be difficult.
