The Sandbox subsystem in Apple iOS before 7 allows attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via an application that writes crafted values to /dev/random.

The weakness was presented 09/18/2013 with CESG as APPLE-SA-2013-09-18-2 iOS 7 as confirmed mailinglist post (Website). The advisory is shared for download at prod.lists.apple.com.
